Ingredients
230g all-purpose flour
115g margerine, softened
3 tablespoons icing sugar
2 eggs
230g granulated sugar
60g all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
170g almonds, chopped
115g coconut, flaked
115g cherries, chopped
Method
- Preheat oven.
- In the meantime mix 230g flour, margarine and icing sugar.
- Press in greased baking pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat eggs and stir in remaining ingredients.
- Spread over baked dough layer and bake until golden brown (25 to 30 minutes).
- Cool and cut into bars.
