Seafood Risotto




Ingredients
rice
mixed seafood pieces
fish cube
tomato juice
grated parmesan
garlic flakes
basil flakes
cayenne pepper


Method
- Saute the seafood together with the garlic flakes, basil flakes and cayenne pepper
- Meanwhile boil the rice but leave it a little undercooked
- Remove the water and add the rice to the seafood
- Melt the fish cube in hot water and add to the rice
- Add tomato juice and grated cheese
- Still until no liquid remains
